I was a first time customer. They were helpful, friendly and took my car in right away having it completely repaired soon after I gave them the go ahead. It felt like family, they were not pushy and did not try to upsell me on things that don't need to be done right away, however they did give a list of suggested service needs for the future. I bought my car new and now at 120,000 miles I know where I can safely return for any future repairs.
